bpEnvironmental is a research and development company marketing aerobic  digester systems for the agricultural, municipal effluent and food manufacturing industries.

Our effluent digester systems meet the needs of pork production facilities, poultry operations, commercial and industrial applications through effective and environmental effluent treatment and odor reduction. These systems can be configured to process effluent outflows from many other sources such as dairy plants (whey), malting plants, certain food processing plants, and  small to medium municipalities. We have designed, constructed and successfully operated scale model aerobic digester systems which achieved effective odor destruction of pig manure within 24 hours and fiber, liquid, and sludge separation within 48 hours of startup. The byproduct from digesting cattle manure nourishes and oxygenates soil better than compost, providing a great crop fertilizer. 

While there are numerous schemes to process solid and liquid waste, none have been developed and proven to solve the hog manure dilemma in its entirety like ours. Hog farmers urgently need aerobic manure digesters to provide a deodorized output to avoid the many complaints from local people. Our company addresses this issue and provides a solution to the growing hog manure problem, avoiding the need for using a dugout or spreading and spraying of manure onto fields. 

Given the strengths and innovation of our company, we are anxious to market and establish this commercially viable solution to pig producers and food manufacturers globally via external investment. We can also modify the unit into an exportable item that generates compost as a by-product and reclaims the liquid output to re-use and recycle.
